Long Hollow Park is one of Lake Lanier's best full featured lakeside parks. The beach area has beautiful white sand down to the lake's edge and is large enough to hold very large groups of people. Like most parks on Lanier, it does not have any lifeguards so parents must watch the kids.

The park includes two boat ramps for quickly launching boats and a spacious parking area for trailers. It also has a dock for loading and unloading passengers.

This is only the beginning. The park has clean restroom facilities and an ample number of picnic tables for both boaters and local visitors. Each table has it's own grill.

In addition, the facilities is handycap accessable with wide concrete paths running throughout the park. There are private views of the lake from each picnic table area.

Children will find a play area with swings and climbing equipment. The park is well maintained. There is a central restroom facility.
