This year Van Pugh Park will be operated as a
primative campground starting April 11, 2010
through September 12, 2010

Van Pugh North has two boat ramps and spacious parking facilities. It has a fee based trailer parking area.

|
The beach area has white sand to the lakeside. The swimming area is well marked. There are life jackets available on the honor system on a first come, first serve basis. |

The play area has white sand and is naturally well lit. There is plenty of area for chilodren to play. |

There is an area set aside for fishing providing access to deeper water. |
 |
The park has plenty of picnicing areas to choose from. Some are in sunny areas with more in shaded areas. All provide panoramic views of Lake lake Lanier. |
