Army Corp of Engineer Office. Site has a museum of the construction of Lake Lanier.

 The Visitor Center is the office of the Army Corp of Engineers. These are the people overseeing the operations and maintenance of Lake Lanier.

The Visitor Center has a nice museum of the history of Lake Lanier.

 These are the tunnels that feed the powerhouse generators. They were cut from the granite which runs in the area. Today the actual building blocks the view of these massive tunnels.
